Do not remove those duplicates, even if the pci ids are the same as
in another dump.
There should be at most three sets of dumps per pci id: normal, gl and sgl.
Other dumps with identical pci id can be removed, leaving only the latest.

Directory name has at least gpu type and pci device id.
Each directory and file must have group ownership given to 'nouveau' group.
Each directory and file must be group writable.
Each file must be individually gzipped with 'gzip -9' for max compression.
