Sometimes we need your help, either by running some test on the binary nvidia driver or testing the nouveau driver.

Please, consider using Nouveau for 2D desktop daily and updating it weekly, it helps to discover regressions early.

Outstanding requests

• Video BIOSes: if you have a 8000 or 9000 series nvidia chip (nv5x, nv8x, g8x, g9x, ...) with LVDS (i.e. laptop), please dump the video BIOS (DumpingVideoBios) and send it to stillunknown. Please, join the #nouveau IRC channel for further instructions. I have enough bios' now, unless you think you've got something special :-)

• mmio-traces: I doing some reseach on Power management, so if you have a NV50+ nvidia chip, please follow the instructions ( EmilVelikov ), and send me a couple of dumps.
